Filter Refurbishment

AMT Systems carries out refurbishment of both the internal and external underdrain and pipework systems of filters.

This work includes design and installation of air headers, laterals, and nozzles, weir plates and backwash channels. Where necessary we have
removed, cleaned and reinstalled laterals, pipes and nozzles.

In the last two years AMT have worked on over 400 filters and removed, cleaned and reinstalled over 52,000 nozzles and 2,400 laterals.

We conduct refurbishment work on cast iron, steel and plastic pipes, stainless steel, copper and plastic laterals, plastic and steel nozzles.

Our teams are all fully trained and certificated for confined spaces work and we conduct cleaning of plenum voids, tanks, sumps and service reservoirs.

Our teams are completely self-contained for all
aspects of refurbishment work.
